Personal Care/ADLs

Taking this course and the quiz and reviewing the additional resources would take a total of 60 minutes. This course is designed to provide aides with a comprehensive overview of ADLs, their importance in independent living, and the factors that can affect ADL performance. Participants will learn about the different types of ADLs (basic and instrumental), the factors affecting the performance of these tasks, and strategies for providing effective assistance.
