This 90-minute program provides a focused overview of the Home Health CAHPS (HHCAHPS) survey, including its purpose, structure, administration and 2026 CMS updates. Learners will explore how HHCAHPS impacts patient experience, Star Ratings, Home Health Value-Based Purchasing and overall organization performance.
Participants will learn compliant eligibility, data submission and patient engagement strategies, analyze HHCAHPS results to identify risks and opportunities and develop data-driven QAPI initiatives using the Plan–Do–Act methodology to improve communication, caregiver involvement and care quality in alignment with CMS requirements.
