Implicit Bias for Aide Caregivers

This 60-minute course is designed to help health care aides recognize, understand and manage implicit bias in their daily practice. Through real-world scenarios, reflection activities and practical strategies, learners will see the difference between implicit and explicit bias and why it matters in health care and how bias shows up in everyday caregiving situations.
