Understanding Stroke

This course is approximately 60 minutes. The Understanding Stroke course is designed to empower home health aides with the knowledge and skills needed on stroke and the ability to recognize, document and recognize stroke at its different levels in a patient. Learners will gain an understanding and competency in monitoring patients to identify early signs of stroke and perform an appropriate emergency response for cases of stroke.
