Monitoring Changes in Condition

This course is approximately 60 minutes long and is designed to empower Home Health Aides with the knowledge and skills to recognize, document and report changes in a patient's condition. Learners will be able to identify early signs of deterioration and communicate critical observations to the health team. They will also understand CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) Conditions of Participation requirements for the monitoring and reporting of changes in a patient’s condition.
